well apparently were being massively bombarded by spammers..

this board is locked until i can figure out why the anti spam measures i had installed dont work anymore...

register an account and post on the other boards

our ban list went from 2 pages to 6 pages in about a week.

One potential fix is to change the security image so bots cant read it.
Or make sure all guest post are approved by an admin first.

ya thats whats weird, i changed the difficulty settings on the image and nothing changed
i added a forum spammer screening mod that also didnt stop them, even though they are listed

and i even installed a new captcha addon, and its not showing up..

seems the settings are just not working as they should..
maybe thats why were being spammed like crazy

oh well
i got rid of all guest posting
now you have to register, and it checks against an anti spam db. (should work on registration)

hopefully i didnt mess up any other settings. there are so many settings..
