I dont know about prime, but I got four reps with you in it:
1v1 (vs me): 46, then your three FFa's: 32, 42, and 42. Three of them in June while the other in Oct (2002).

edit: And the highest of all these "old" reps is me at 114 and superkiller at 123 in the same "255 Fast & free". Not sure the teams, but both rage and fenix where it in with less then half our APMs

BTW 255 is a map which has everything free and instant build times expect for upgrades that went up to 255 and slowly got slower to get. (so lvl 1 might take 1s, lvl 10 might take 10s, lvl 100 would take about 1-2m)
